Services

PDX Systems provides done-for-you website, AI chatbot, and Google review support services for home service businesses. The specific scope of your service is confirmed during your strategy call and onboarding.

Payment Terms

Services are billed at $197/month on a simple monthly plan. There are no hidden fees. You will always know what you are paying and why.

Cancellation — Month to Month

There is no long-term contract. Your plan is month to month, and you may cancel at any time by emailing help@pdxsystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from PDX Systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." While we work hard to build systems that perform, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead volumes, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDX Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Oregon.
